• Purchase general and specialized equipment and materials for projects
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
• Consult with suppliers and review quotations
• Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
• Work closely with site personnel
• Ensure lorry drivers' have meet the timelines given.
• Address and resolve issues related to transportation and logistics system.
• Generate Purchase Orders promptly.
• Maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely.
• Provide administrative support to the office.
