Job summary

DING SHENG E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Officer to manage purchase orders, coordinate with project, site and warehouse teams, and ensure on-time delivery in line with project requirements.

You will negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers, maintain records, and source materials and services as needed. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in purchasing or SCM, with construction procurement experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, SCM, or related field.
• Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier management.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
