Job summary

TWO NINE SIX O TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to manage quotation requests, price negotiations, PO creation, and supplier invoice matching.

You will liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules, prepare daily delivery plans, maintain inventory lists, coordinate projects, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Eligible Singaporeans or PR only.
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Procurement Studies.
• Proficient in MS Office and Navision ERP.
• Mature and able to work independently.
• 5 day work per week.
