Job summary

Bo​on Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated procurement professional in Singapore to handle requisitions, supplier sourcing, and purchasing activities for construction materials and equipment.

You will build strong supplier relationships, verify quotations, and ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery for site projects. The role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and knowledge of construction materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or PR preferred.
• Strong negotiation and sourcing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, machinery, and equipment from local and overseas vendors.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Verify quotations to ensure accuracy and alignment with project/site requirements.
• Maintain updated pricing records from suppliers and provide relevant reports for purchasing decisions.
• Process invoices, debit notes, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM
