Job summary

Yeo Eng Koon (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to prepare BOQs, source suppliers, and coordinate with forwarders to ensure timely deliveries of equipment and services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ in response to ITT or RFP.
• Source for suppliers based on price, availability, quality and logistical expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers & forwarders to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the quality of delivered equipment.
• Coordinate with sales department to ensure that they fulfill all client requests.
• Authorize payments and manage purchasing expenses with meticulous record keeping.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Prepare purchase order and create equipment item code.
• Calculate cost and selling price.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD.
