Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional responsible for end-to-end purchasing activities, supplier evaluation, and cost optimization. You will prepare BOQs for tenders, coordinate deliveries, and support sales with project requirements.

The role requires experience in procurement or purchasing, with strong sourcing, negotiation and costing capabilities. You will manage stock, raise POs and maintain purchasing records in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, with strong capabilities in sourcing, negotiation, costing and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender and proposal submissions.
• Research and source suppliers, evaluating them based on cost, availability, quality and delivery expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to arrange timely deliveries and ensure equipment meets the required quality standards.
• Partner with the Sales team to understand and fulfil client and project requirements.
• Manage procurement payments and expenses while maintaining accurate purchasing documentation and records.
• Monitor stock and inventory levels and arrange purchases when replenishment is required.
• Raise purchase orders and create new equipment item codes in the system.
• Calculate equipment costs and selling prices for procurement and sales purposes.
• Support the HOD with other ad-hoc procurement and operational duties as required.
