Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant in procurement to manage end-to-end purchasing and supplier relations, ensuring timely delivery of equipment.

You will prepare BOQs, negotiate with suppliers, coordinate with sales and project teams, and maintain accurate records while optimizing costs.

This role requires hands-on procurement experience in a dynamic environment and offers opportunities to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in response to Invitations to Tender (ITT) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers based on pricing, availability, quality and logistics costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery and quality of equipment.
• Work closely with the Sales and Project teams to understand and fulfil client and project requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, create equipment item codes and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels, placing purchase orders when replenishment is required.
• Calculate equipment costs and selling prices to support accurate project costing and quotations.
• Process and manage supplier payments and purchasing expenses, ensuring proper documentation and records.
• Support procurement activities and resolve any delivery, pricing or supplier-related issues
• Perform other ad-hoc procurement and purchasing duties assigned by the HOD.
