BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a staff member to support a government agency in managing workplace-related matters and employment disputes. You will assess cases, provide advisory support to workers and companies, and assist with mediation to bring cases to resolution.

This role focuses on case management, employment relations, dispute resolution and public-service operations, with a six-month contract and on-site duties near Jurong East.

Formación

• Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
• Knowledge of employment laws and grievance handling.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using multiple IT systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in case management, employee relations, mediation, dispute resolution or customer service will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and manage workplace-related cases and employment disputes.
• Provide advisory support to workers and companies.
• Assist with mediation and follow up cases through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Provide counter service and liaise with relevant stakeholders and partners.
• Support process improvements and other ad hoc duties.
