Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in Learning & Development, programme design, curriculum development or digital learning.
• Familiarity with learning needs analysis, programme management and learning evaluation would be advantageous.
• Strong planning, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and resourceful, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
• Professional and confident in engaging stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Support capability development initiatives for public-sector Finance and Procurement professionals.
• Design and develop learning solutions based on competency frameworks and training roadmaps.
• Partner with SMEs to develop course content, curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Develop digital learning strategies and materials, including infographics, videos and articles.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions.
• Research emerging Learning & Development trends and market practices.
• Support consultancy and transformation projects using design thinking and process improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
