Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to oversee portfolio operations, funding and service management within a large public-sector ICT environment.

You will review processes, manage subscriptions and billing, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive initiatives to closure while documenting governance artifacts and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in public-sector ICT environments.
• 8+ years of experience with government-related service models or vendor-managed ICT services.
• Familiarity with asset, device lifecycle management and provisioning processes.
• Ability to align IT operations with business needs and governance requirements.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Portfolio Operations, Funding and Service Management.
• Review IT processes to support business needs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate subscriptions, billing, cost recovery, procurement interfaces and reconciliation.
• Maintain operational picture for service requests, quotas and migrations.
• Coordinate IT service teams, finance, procurement and security stakeholders to drive actions to closure.
• Document key assumptions, improvements and governance artifacts.
• Oversee enterprise mobile and device operations, including provisioning and onboarding.
