Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Management Officer to support a government Authority's SMO in governance, compliance, and operational management of critical systems and transmission networks.

The role partners with users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure service delivery and system readiness across C2 systems. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or equivalent, plus strong stakeholder engagement, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with <3 years relevant experience or Diploma with ≥3 years relevant experience.
• Preferred disciplines: Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Communications Systems), or Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology (C2 Systems)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of systems, governance, compliance, and service delivery
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure adherence to applicable standards, policies, and directives, with a focus on achieving zero audit findings
• Manage KPIs and drive successful delivery of System Management initiatives aligned with organisational objectives
• Lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, including publication management, spare parts reviews, and equipment obsolescence management
• Oversee asset inventory management and lifecycle activities to ensure accurate asset accountability, availability, and sustainment
• Manage cybersecurity requirements, including vulnerability tracking, risk mitigation, patch management, and compliance monitoring
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure system availability, reliability, and operational readiness
