Job summary

UST Global (Singapore) PTE. LIMITED seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Singapore's Public Sector, including government agencies and GLCs.

You will own the sales cycle from opportunity development through deal closure, positioning solutions across Cloud, AI, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation platforms. Leverage strong CXO engagement to win large, complex technology deals and collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, alliances, OEMs,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, IT services, or technology sales.
• Proven track record of selling to Singapore Government & Public Sector clients.
• Demonstrated success in closing large and complex technology deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales and business development across Singapore government agencies and GLCs.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Lead large RFPs, tenders, and complex deal pursuits, including strategy, proposal development, negotiations, and closure.
• Develop strategic account plans and establish strong CXO and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Position and sell solutions across Cloud, AI, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation platforms.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, alliances, OEMs, hyperscalers, and technology partners to develop compelling solutions and win opportunities.
• Maintain strong sales forecasting, CRM discipline, pipeline governance, and opportunity management.
