Job summary

UST Global is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive growth in Singapore's BFSI sector. You will lead new logo acquisition, account expansion, and strategic business development across banking, insurance, payments, wealth management, and fintech domains.

You will develop trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, shape solutions, manage RFPs, proposals, pricing, and negotiations, and collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and partners to close

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in BFSI technology, IT services, consulting, system integration, fintech, cloud, or enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and closing complex technology, transformation, modernization, or managed services deals.
• Strong understanding of BFSI business models, technology trends, and transformation priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through new logo acquisition, account expansion, and strategic business development across BFSI accounts in Singapore.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across Banking, Insurance, Payments, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, FinTech, and Digital Banking.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and create strategic account plans aligned with client priorities.
• Identify and lead opportunities across digital transformation, cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity, customer experience, enterprise platforms, payments, and managed services.
• Position and sell consulting, implementation, system integration, platform, and managed services capabilities to address client business and technology challenges.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, solution shaping, RFP/RFI management, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, alliance partners, and leadership to develop winning propositions.
• Achieve revenue, margin, pipeline, and customer growth targets while building long-term strategic client partnerships.
