Job summary

MAVENTREE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Business Analyst to work directly with government agencies, translating business needs into technology solutions that improve citizen services and efficiency.

You will lead initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and help shape digital transformation offerings across public sector programs. You will drive requirements elicitation, design epics and user stories, and collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to ensure outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis with demonstrated progression in complexity and responsibility.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to address complex, enterprise-level challenges.
Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation across multiple large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder engagement across government agencies to elicit, analyse, and document complex business requirements for strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identify systemic issues, and design innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.
Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Design and facilitate strategic workshops and requirements gathering sessions with senior stakeholders and diverse groups.
Develop robust business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to guide executive decision-making on technology investments.
Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, data flows, wireframes, and architectural diagrams for diverse audiences.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with other product team members e.g. solution architects, low code engineers, and backend engineers to ensure accurate implementation of complex requirements.
Oversee user acceptance testing strategies, develop test scenarios, and validate that solutions deliver intended business outcomes.
