Job summary

LPS in Singapore seeks an experienced Apps Presales Solution Architect to drive end-to-end application solution design, bid strategy, and technical leadership for Government deals. You will focus on COTS integrations and software modernization, shaping proposals and architectures across tenders while collaborating with sales and delivery teams.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, proven presales track record in SI/tech services, and ability to mentor junior architects.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in Application Solution Architecture or related roles.
Proven hands-on experience with COTS integration in large enterprise or government environments.
Experience in presales engagements within SI, MSP, or technology consulting.
Strong track record supporting public sector and enterprise transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solutioning for enterprise applications and COTS implementations.
Engage customers to understand requirements, challenges and transformation goals.
Develop high-quality technical proposals, architectures, and integration designs.
Design scalable, secure software solutions aligned with government standards and enterprise needs.
Provide technical leadership throughout the sales lifecycle from qualification to award.
Lead responses for RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, and government tenders focusing on app/software scopes.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, operations and partners to craft competitive proposals.
Own solution costing, licensing models, risk assumptions, and compliance matrices.
Mentor junior architects and presales consultants.
