Job summary

Cognizant Singapore is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to shape and own end-to-end technical solutions for large ADM/AMS engagements within the Public Sector. You will translate government agency requirements and objectives into robust architecture spanning applications, integration, data, and cloud, guiding design through build and delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of client engagement and technical delivery, interfacing with government stakeholders and partnering with BAs,

Qualifications

• Significant experience shaping end-to-end IT solutions for ADM/AMS programs in the public sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage CXO-level audiences.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, cloud architectures, microservices, and security/compliance in government contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture design for ADM/AMS programs across applications, data, and integration.
• Translate client requirements into robust solution architectures and artefacts (high-level and low-level designs).
• Collaborate with delivery teams, pre-sales, and governance bodies to ensure architecture aligns with delivery and standards.
