Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Relations / Community Engagement professional to manage PR issues arising from construction projects and to engage with residents and stakeholders across multiple sessions and updates.

The role involves liaising with government agencies, attending progress meetings, and preparing weekly updates and monthly reports to ensure timely and professional communication with all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve public relations issues arising from construction projects.
• Handle residents' complaints, enquiries, requests, feedback and concerns professionally and timely.
• Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders including JTC, LTA, HDB, Town Councils, residents, consultants and contractors.
• Attend weekly and monthly project progress meetings, site walkabouts and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Prepare and submit weekly project updates and monthly reports on public relations matters.
• Assist clients in planning and implementing public relations and community engagement programmes, particularly during festive seasons.
• Maintain good relationships with residents, clients and relevant stakeholders to minimise public concerns and ensure effective communication.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
