Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Relations liaison to manage and resolve PR matters arising from construction projects in Singapore.

You will attend to residents' feedback, coordinate with government agencies and project partners, and participate in weekly progress meetings and site walkabouts. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of site experience, including at least 2 years on LTA projects in Singapore.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to public and residents' feedback, complaints, enquiries, requests and other concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and liaise with government agencies, stakeholders and project partners (statutory authorities, town councils, residents, consultants, contractors).
• Participate in weekly and monthly project progress meetings, site walkabouts and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress updates and monthly reports.
• Support the planning and execution of public relations initiatives and community engagement programmes, particularly during festive periods.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients and the surrounding community.
