Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Relations liaison on site to handle issues from the public, residents and authorities. You will manage feedback, coordinate with statutory boards, and prepare reports for management.

The role requires 3–5 years of site experience, with at least 2 years on LTA projects in Singapore, and strong MS Office and communication skills to maintain the company's reputation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant site experience.
• At least 2 years on LTA projects in Singapore.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle verbal and written feedback from stakeholders, public and authorities in form of emails, letters and face to face meetings.
• Keep records and follow up on feedback until closure of case.
• Liaise with Statutory Boards, Government Departments (HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Organize and coordinate planned and ad-hoc rectification works.
• Maintain good reputation and goodwill of company.
• Prepare public relation monthly reports and weekly updates for management meetings.
• Carry out pre- and post visits to stakeholders and residents nearby the vicinity of work sites.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations to the Management and Client.
• Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings and walkabouts.
• Assist clients in running of public relation programmes especially during festive season.

About the role

To resolve all public relation related issues arising from project. Manage and attend to public or resident's complaints, enquiries, requests, feedback and etc.
