Job summary

CHINA RAILWAY FIRST GROUP CO., LTD. SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a PRO with 3–5 years of experience to manage stakeholder feedback, liaise with statutory boards and sub-contractors, and organize rectification works. You will maintain the company’s goodwill and prepare updates for management and clients.

The role involves visiting sites, preparing presentations, and producing regular PR reports for management meetings. Strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Communication, Business or Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years work experience in PRO.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with LTA projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle verbal & written feedback from stakeholders, public and authorities via emails, letters and meetings.
• Keep records and follow up on feedback until closure.
• Liaise with Statutory Boards, Government Departments (i.e. HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Organize planned and ad-hoc rectification works.
• Maintain good reputation and goodwill of the company.
• Public relation monthly report and weekly updates for management meetings.
• Carry out pre- and post visits to stakeholders and residents nearby the vicinity of work sites.
• Preparation of powerpoint presentations to the Management and Client
