Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible and people-oriented Community Relations Officer to manage public enquiries, residents' feedback and stakeholder communication for construction projects.

You will coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders, attend progress meetings and site walkabouts, prepare weekly updates and monthly reports, and support community engagement programmes to maintain positive relationships throughout project execution.

• Manage public relations matters and resolve issues arising from project activities.
• Handle residents' complaints, enquiries, requests and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders, including JTC, LTA, HDB, Town Councils, residents, consultants and contractors.
• Attend project progress meetings and site walkabouts.
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly reports.
• Support clients in organising community engagement and public relations programmes, particularly during festive seasons.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders throughout project execution.
