Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Public Relations/Community Liaison officer to handle PR issues related to construction projects.

You will address residents’ and the public’s complaints, enquiries, requests and feedback, and liaise with government agencies, Town Councils, residents, consultants and contractors to address concerns. You will coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues, participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings and site walkabouts, prepare weekly updates

• Handle and resolve public relations issues related to construction projects.
• Attend to residents' and public complaints, enquiries, requests and feedback.
• Liaise with government agencies, Town Councils, residents, consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to address public concerns and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings and site walkabouts.
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly reports.
• Assist clients in organising public relations activities and community programmes, especially during festive seasons.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management.
