Job summary

China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) seeks a capable liaison professional to interact with communities around project sites, manage feedback, and coordinate PR activities. The role emphasizes clear communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate in a site office environment.

Candidates should have a diploma or degree and at least 3 years of public-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience working in a public-facing role.
• Willing to work at site office environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in LTA Project would be an added advantage.
• Independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Handle public complaints and feedback related to project site.
• Prepare letters/notices to communicate with community and residents about project development.
• Implement public relationship programme.
• Arrange and attend meetings on PR matters with the project team as needed.
• Prepare monthly reports on feedback and complaints.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and residents.
• Assist other general administrative support to the project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
