Job summary

ALLIANCE HEALTHCARE GROUP LIMITED is seeking Part-time Clinic Assistants for My Family Clinic at Tanglin Halt. The ideal candidate will perform operational duties including registration of patients, dispensing medicines, and managing inventory, while providing excellent customer service.

This role is suited for entry-level candidates familiar with healthcare operations, particularly in outpatient settings. Experience with MOH regulatory requirements is advantageous. Flexible working hours from Monday to Saturday are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational duties at the outpatient clinic.

Job description

We are looking for Part‑time Clinic Assistants for our My Family Clinic Branch @ Tanglin Halt.

You will be required to work based on the following schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm

What You'll be Doing

• Perform daily operational duties at the outpatient Clinic.
• Register patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process prescriptions accurately and dispense medicines.
• Process billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
• Manage inventory and replenish medicines and consumable items.
• Operate the Clinic Management System.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Clinic Supervisor or Doctor.

What We Are Looking for

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.
• Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinics will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy.
