Job summary

ALLIANCE HEALTHCARE GROUP LIMITED is seeking full-time Clinic Assistants for the My Family Clinic branch at Tanglin Halt, Singapore. The role involves performing operational duties, patient registration, and providing customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates should have entry-level healthcare experience, familiarity with outpatient clinic operations, and be comfortable with shift work. The group operates 16 clinic locations island-wide.

Qualifications

• Entry level position in healthcare preferred.
• Experience in outpatient GP clinic operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with MOH regulatory requirements beneficial.
• At least 2 years of experience for Senior position consideration.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational duties at the outpatient clinic.
• Register patients and provide frontline customer service.
• Process prescriptions and dispense medicines accurately.
• Handle billing transactions under various schemes.
• Manage inventory and replenish consumable items.
• Operate the Clinic Management System.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/Doctor.
