Job summary

Greenhealth Family Clinic in Tampines is seeking a reliable Part-Time Clinic Assistant to support patient registration, appointments and enquiries while assisting clinicians in a friendly GP setting. The role focuses on compassionate patient care and teamwork in a neighbourhood clinic. Experience in GP clinics and familiarity with SGiMED is preferred.

Regular shifts include mornings, afternoons and some evenings; Sundays closed. CPF contributions and a performance bonus are provided.

We are looking for an experienced part-time Clinic Assistant to join our team at Greenhealth Family Clinic.

We are a neighbourhood GP clinic in Tampines that values good patient care, teamwork and a respectful working environment. We believe in treating patients with kindness, patience and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

• Patient registration, appointments and enquiries

• Billing, CHAS, MediSave and payment collection (No TPA or insurance-panel)

• Medication dispensing

• Assist doctors with minor procedures and clinical tasks

• Laboratory specimen handling and coordination

• Medication stock management and general clinic operations

Requirements

• Previous working experience in a GP clinic is required

• Familiar with GP clinic workflows, including registration, dispensing and billing

• Responsible, reliable and attentive to detail

• Patient, courteous and professional when dealing with patients

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to learn and improve

• Able to commit to regular working shifts

Our clinic uses SGiMED. Experience with SGiMED would be an advantage but is not essential.

Working Hours

Available sessions include:

• Weekday mornings: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-1:30 PM

• Weekday afternoons: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-4:30 PM

• Weekday evenings: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 PM-9:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM

Shifts will be arranged based on clinic requirements and mutual availability.

Employment Details

• Hourly pay: $12 to $15.50, depending on experience and assigned shifts

• CPF contributions in accordance with regulations

• Performance bonus

• No sales targets

• Sunday and public holidays closed
