Job summary

PANORAMA HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. in Hougang is seeking a part-time Clinic Assistant to support patient care and clinic operations in a busy GP setting. You will help register patients, assist with payments, stock and administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily workflows.

The role requires evening and Saturday shifts, an immediate start, and a commitment of at least 12 months. Prior clinic experience is a bonus and comprehensive training will be provided.

• Register patients accurately to ensure smooth clinic operations and reduce wait times
• Dispense medications following clinic protocols to support effective patient treatment
• Collect payments and process insurance claims to maintain financial accuracy and compliance
• Perform administrative tasks such as printing and filing documents to support clinic workflow
• Answer phone calls and reply to emails promptly to provide clear and effective communication
• Receive goods and conduct stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records and prevent shortages
• Chaperone patients and assist medical staff during procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety

• Start date: Immediate
• Estimated salary: Part-time pay $13/h onwards (depending on experience and performance)
