Job summary

Well-Established Company in Singapore West is seeking a Tender/Estimator with 2–4 years in HVAC/BMS to manage bid proposals and cost estimation.

You will coordinate with internal teams, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare BOQ/SOR/SOK/SOT while ensuring timely submissions and handover from Engineering.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in HVAC/BMS
• Experience in preparing tender proposals and cost estimation

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and prepare bid proposals in accordance with customer specifications
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to queries after bid submission
• Source quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing
• Estimate costs and prepare BOQ/SOR/SOK/SOT
• Work with Engineering team to ensure smooth handover and support during execution

Job Responsibilities:

• Review of tender documents

• Preparing, compiling bid proposal in accordance with the customer specification

• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely responses to queries subsequent to bid submission

• Liaising and seeks competitive quotations.

• Negotiate with customer and sub-contractor about pricing.

• Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.

• Ability to estimating the cost of the assigned scope and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ), Schedule of Rate (SOR), Schedule of breakdown (SOK) and Schedule of Technical Data (SOT)

• Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure project handover is carried out and that support is provided during the execution phase if required.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience,preferably in HVAC / BMS industry.
