Job summary

JONES LANG LASALLE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Assistant Building Manager to support day-to-day operations in a premier Singapore property. You will be the main liaison for tenant fit-outs and manage various administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building & Real Estate Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in managing high-rise commercial properties.
• Experience with tenancy management and fit-out coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly/monthly meeting documents and minutes.
• Organize social events and meetings.
• Attend to day-to-day tenant requests/feedback.
• Assist the Manager in supervising cleaning, security, landscape, pest control and carpark services.
• Manage fit-out, reinstatement and alterations works.
• Process new applications and renewals of season parking.
• Administer and process building access cards for tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Issue and approve PTWs.
• Coordinate viewing requests by leasing team.
• Liaise with tenants on deliveries, access, and maintenance requests.
• Track building occupancy and prepare reports.
• Prepare tenant circulars and correspondences.
• Review and update operations procedures and standards.
• Inspect common areas and ensure cleaning and upkeep.
• Coordinate with M&E and tenants on M&E services.
• Handle emergency situations (power, leaks, etc.).
• Prepare and submit documents to authorities as needed.
• Maintain warranties records and inspect term contracts.
