Job summary

JONES LANG LASALLE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a hands-on M&E Manager to lead the M&E Team in delivering high-level property management services for a mixed development.

You will oversee day-to-day maintenance of electrical, mechanical, ACMV, lighting, lifts, fire protection, and related systems, develop preventive maintenance plans, manage budgets, and deliver timely reports while coordinating with tenants, vendors, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing high-rise commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E team to monitor and maintain systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Plan, procure parts and services within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors.
• Prepare monthly reports and dashboards.
• Liaise with tenants, partners and government agencies.
• Lead tender processes and site rounds.
