Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Singapore seeks an experienced asset/Property Manager to lead a property team and deliver superior asset performance on a prime office portfolio. You will oversee operations, budgeting, safety compliance and client reporting on-site in Singapore.

You will develop asset plans, manage contractors and coordinate with clients to meet KPI targets while maintaining high tenant satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property/asset management, ideally with previous experience managing commercial office.
• An intimate knowledge of the office sector and exposure to retail property is preferred.
• Track record of success in supplier contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to add value to commercial assets through value-enhancing operational management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to client on the operational requirements of the property.
• Develop House Rules Fit-Out Guides for the property.
• Manage smooth transition of property from pre-completion to occupation phase.
• Interview and assess staff proposed for the property and provide recommendations.
• Develop tenant satisfaction plan strategies and client liaison.
• Oversee tenant liaison and satisfaction with emphasis on retention.
• Manage day-to-day operations, engineering and compliance matters.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
