Job summary

You will work as part of the Property Management function, ensuring services comply with agreements and company standards, while coordinating tenant needs and maintenance activities. The role involves collaboration with a team to create budgets, review vendor invoices, and streamline administrative duties, including purchase orders

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to communicate complex information concisely.
• Strong math skills for percentages, discounts and markups.
• Experience in commercial property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with needs and address problems quickly.
• Ensure services follow rules, agreements and company standards.
• Visit property with the team and suggest repairs and upgrades.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and vendor invoices for payment.
