Job summary

EXTRA SPACE SINGAPORE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and enhancement of assigned properties, ensuring safety, tenant satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage service providers, and drive cost-efficiency while supporting ESG initiatives and marketing/ leasing strategies. The role involves project management of ad-hoc fit-outs and occasional regional travel to supervise operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Solid experience in property or facilities management and knowledge of property regulations.
• Proven track record in Integrated Facilities Maintenance contracts management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to travel regionally.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with clients and tenants.

Job description

This role leads a maintenance team and works closely with service providers to execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manage service contracts, and implement capital and special projects. The incumbent will also drive cost-efficiency initiatives, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support ESG efforts including green certifications. Additionally, the role involves project managing ad-hoc fit-out works and supporting marketing and leasing strategies to enhance occupancy. Occasional regional travel is required to supervise projects and property operations across various locations.
