Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a property management professional for on-site duties in the West with a Monday-Friday schedule. The role involves unit handover inspections, defect management, and coordinating with contractors and managing agents to ensure quality upkeep of residential properties.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related fields and at least 2 years of property management experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project management or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management.

Responsibilities

• Unit handover and defects management.
• Conduct inspections of residential units before handover to purchasers.
• Inspect common areas before handover to the Managing Agent.
• Monitor and coordinate defects rectification works by contractors.
• Ensure contractors complete rectification works properly and efficiently.
• Handle purchaser/tenant complaints, defects and disputes.
• Provide timely and professional customer service.
• Oversee the appointed Managing Agent.
• Monitor the management and maintenance of common property.
• Ensure proper maintenance of vacant units and sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, Managing Agents and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure properties are properly maintained and meet required standards.
