Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Property Management role based in the West, Singapore. Monday to Friday, office hours, ensuring unit handover, inspections and defect rectification coordination with contractors and the Managing Agent.

You will oversee property maintenance, handle purchaser/tenant concerns, and ensure standards are met, with a competitive package including AWS and variable bonuses.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project management or relevant.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management.

Responsibilities

• Unit handover and defects management.
• Conduct inspections of residential units before handover to purchasers.
• Inspect common areas before handover to the Managing Agent.
• Monitor and coordinate defects rectification works by contractors.
• Ensure contractors complete rectification works properly and efficiently.
• Handle purchaser/tenant complaints, defects and disputes.
• Provide timely and professional customer service.
• Oversee the appointed Managing Agent.
• Monitor the management and maintenance of common property.
• Ensure proper maintenance of vacant units and sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, Managing Agents and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure properties are properly maintained and meet required standards.
