Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Property/Facilities Manager to oversee handover inspections, defect rectification, and the maintenance of common areas for a renowned property developer. You will coordinate with contractors and managing agents, supervise handovers to purchasers, handle complaints, and ensure standards are met, with a West Singapore location and Mon-Fri hours.

A Diploma or Degree in Real Estate or related field is required, with at least 2 years of experience;

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project management or relevant.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management.
• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Unit handover & defects management.
• Conduct inspections of residential units before handover to purchasers.
• Inspect common areas before handover to the Managing Agent.
• Monitor and coordinate defects rectification works by contractors.
• Ensure contractors complete rectification works properly and efficiently.
• Handle purchaser/tenant complaints, defects and disputes.
• Provide timely and professional customer service.
• Oversee the appointed Managing Agent.
• Monitor the management and maintenance of common property.
• Ensure proper maintenance of vacant units and sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, Managing Agents and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure properties are properly maintained and meet required standards.
