Job summary

Property Facility Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced condominium manager to oversee daily operations, lead site staff, and drive maintenance initiatives. You will manage contracts, budgets and vendor performance while ensuring compliance with BMSMA and related regulations.

The role requires a degree or diploma in estate management or building, at least 1 year of condo management experience, and proven leadership, communication, and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building or related discipline
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in condominium management
• Mature and independent with the ability to lead team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office and IT Savvy
• Knowledge of BMSMA and understanding of general building defects will be a plus
• Diligent, well organised and committed to excellence

Responsibilities
