CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Property Officer to supervise contractor works and ensure completed maintenance meets contract terms. You will plan and schedule breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance for effective operation.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/NITEC in Real Estate/Facilities Management or related field, with 1 year of experience; 3–5 years for Senior, and a willingness to work outside normal hours.
To provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works undertaken by the contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
Perform regular inspections and handle enforcement work at the common property areas and to ensure that such common property is in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained according to the standards required by the relevant authorities and to recommend any works which are necessary.
Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and to make recommendation for payment thereof.
To co-ordinate all consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates from the relevant authorities where necessary.
Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your Manager.
Diploma or NITEC in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Preferably 1 year of relevant experience, those with 3 - 5 years relevant experiences and above will be consider as Senior Property Officer and open to fresh graduates
A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
People-oriented with a willingness to learn
Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays
Employment Type: 2-year contract (renewal/convertible) with benefits
Working location: Northwest - Keat Hong/Tengah
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, is required to work half-day on the first Saturday of each month
