Job summary

C&P HOLDINGS PTE LTD is seeking an entry-level Facilities/Property Maintenance professional to support day-to-day operations, including M&E and fire safety systems in our Singapore property. You will conduct inspections, coordinate contractors, monitor schedules, and help maintain safety and compliance.

The role requires a .basic hands-on maintenance capability, independent work, and good communication. Training will be provided; 5-day work week, with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in property, building or facilities management/maintenance preferred.
• Willing to perform basic hands-on maintenance and minor repair works.
• Able to work independently and respond promptly to operational issues.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day property operations and maintenance support, including M&E and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular building inspections, identify defects and coordinate rectification.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and servicing schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations for maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor fire safety, WSH and site safety requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, warranties and schedules.
• Conduct monthly utility meter readings and monitor consumption.
• Prepare weekly property maintenance and operational reports.
• Carry out basic hands-on maintenance and minor repair works when required.
• Perform other duties as directed by Management.
