Job summary

KOE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Facilities Coordinator in Singapore to deliver integrated facilities management at client sites. You will oversee maintenance, pest control, horticulture, and subcontractors to ensure contracts meet required standards.

The role includes weekly cleaners meetings, KPI reporting, incident investigations, and coordination of meetings and events. Immediate start is preferred and a 2-year renewable contract with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Building/ME/FM with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Integrated Facilities Management preferred.
• Class 3 driving license preferred.
• Immediate start or short notice is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilities management services to client sites according to contract.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, pest control, horticulture through sub-contractors.
• Conduct weekly cleaners meetings and inspections to meet standards.
• Investigate incidents to determine cause and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate meetings and events, obtain quotations, raise invoices.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly reports.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

• Responsible for providing facilities management services to our client's sites, overseeing and ensuring that the performance standard is rendered to client as per conditions of contract.

• You will be involved in scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture etc. through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.

• To conduct weekly cleaners meeting and inspection to achieve cleaning standards

• Responsible for the delivery of performance of IFM deliverables and its KPIs standard is achieved.

• You will be required to investigate, check and analyse reported incidents to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.

• Responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices etc.

• You will be required to prepare and consolidate monthly reports.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualified preferably in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Facilities Management with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in Integrated Facilities Management is preferred.

• Preferably possesses a Class 3 driving licenses

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits

Work Schedule: Mondays - Sundays and Public Holidays, 12-hour night shift roster

Work Location: Northeast - Pulau Ubin, required to take 7 minutes ferry to work location from Punggol Point Jetty
