Job summary

Premier Property Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Building Management professional to assist the Building Manager in daily estate operations, supervise technicians and service providers, and maintain essential lists and compliance across the facility.

The role requires familiarity with BIM (Autodesk Revit), data analysis tools (KNIME/Tableau), SAP/Ariba, and safety standards (WSH, Green Mark). You will coordinate with contractors and manage service delivery within the building.

Qualifications

• Experience in building/estate management.
• Familiar with BIM and Revit use.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance (WSH).
• Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, KNIME/Tableau).
• Knowledge of SAP/Ariba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Manager in ensuring smooth operation and effective management of the estate.
• Supervise the technicians and service providers working in the building.
• Conduct regular inspection on the building and maintain defect list.
• Assist the Centre Manager in supervising all workers and service providers working in the building.
• Collect administration fee / renovation fee / security pass.
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.
