Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced building facilities manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Grade A commercial property in Singapore.

The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient and compliant building management while coordinating with tenants and service providers. You will conduct daily inspections, manage maintenance and rectification work, supervise security, cleaning, landscaping, car parks, lifts and fire safety, monitor contractors, handle budgets and procurement,

Qualifications

• Experience in building management, preferably Grade A commercial buildings.

• Conduct daily building inspections and coordinate maintenance and rectification works.
• Oversee building operations including security, cleaning, landscaping, car park, lifts and fire safety.
• Monitor term contractors and ensure scheduled servicing is completed.
• Manage common facilities, budgets, procurement and contract administration.
• Coordinate fire drills, emergency response and improvement works.
• Liaise with tenants, authorities and contractors and handle after-hours emergencies when required.
