Job summary

Eng Chin Hang Tiling Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Sales & Coordinator to drive growth and manage project coordination. The candidate should have strong interior design knowledge and an established network to handle sales from acquisition through completion.

The role involves building relationships with designers and homeowners, preparing proposals, coordinating schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction while targeting new business opportunities across Singapore project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, project coordination or related construction industries.
• Strong network within Singapore's interior design and renovation sector.
• Good knowledge of tiling, stone, renovation, and interior fit-out works.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with multi-project management ability.
• Local and foreign candidates may apply; Class 3 driving licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, contractors, developers and homeowners.
• Generate new business opportunities and hit sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and project cost estimates.
• Coordinate project schedules, site activities and customer requirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits, measurements and monitor project progress.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and business development.
