Job summary

Sanitus Building Supplies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, contractors, developers and other industry partners to drive project opportunities.

You will manage project sales from enquiry to order, assist with tender submissions and proposals, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales to design/contractor channels is preferred.
• Knowledge of project-based selling and tender processes is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, contractors, developers, and industry partners.
• Handle project sales from enquiry through quotation, follow-up, negotiation and order confirmation.
• Assist with tender submissions, quotations, and project proposals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer accounts.
• Meet clients independently and provide suitable product recommendations based on project requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project follow-up and execution.
• Relevant experience in sanitary wares, bathroom products, building materials, or related industries.
• Experience working with IDs, contractors, developers, or project teams.
• Some knowledge of tender submissions, quotations, and project sales.
• Confident, outspoken, and comfortable meeting and communicating with clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, develop new business, and maintain existing accounts.
• Able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations in a fast-paced project environment.
