Job summary

• Must read and interpret architectural, specialist, and MEP drawings/details.
• Strong coordination and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills with ability to visualise site issues and propose practical solutions.
• Independent, responsible, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and day-to-day coordination to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, building management, consultants, and relevant parties for smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor site progress, identify critical activities, delays, and issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure all works align with approved plans, drawings, contract specs, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and interpret architectural, specialist, and MEP drawings and details.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to resolve site issues effectively.
• Provide clear project updates and requirements to all relevant parties.
• Handle multiple tasks with good time management and organisation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
