R&S CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Sales Executive to drive new business for commercial renovation and fit-out projects, while coordinating sites and ensuring smooth project delivery.

The role combines sales with hands-on project coordination to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in construction or related fields, can read drawings, and is self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or project management.
• Proficient in reading construction/architectural/structural/M&E drawings.
• Able to interpret quotation to project delivery workflow from start to finish.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial renovation and fit-out projects.
• Source new clients and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, landlords, property management offices and partners.
• Conduct site visits, measurements and project discussions with clients.
• Understand and interpret construction drawings.
• Prepare quotations and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure works align with schedule and requirements.
• Attend site, coordination and client meetings.
• Assist in handling variation orders, progress claims and project documentation.
• Follow up on handover and after-sales service matters.
• Work with management to achieve sales targets and project objectives.

Salary range: $2,500–$6,500

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Project Sales Executive.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in commercial renovation, interior fit-out, construction, or project coordination. Besides bringing in new projects and clients, the candidate will also be involved in project coordination and site management to ensure smooth project delivery.

This is a commission-based position with a transport allowance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial renovation and fit-out projects
• Source for new clients and follow up on sales enquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, landlords, property management offices and business partners
• Conduct site visits, site measurements and project discussions with clients
• Understand and interpret construction, architectural and M&E drawings
• Prepare quotations, project proposals and project-related documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout project execution

Requirements

• Minimum2-3 yearsof relevant experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or project management
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction / architectural / structural / M&E drawings
• Familiar with renovation and construction workflow from quotation stage to project completion
• Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated and sales-oriented
• Possess own client network will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage
