Job summary

Kingdom International Consultants Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based interior design-and-build firm specializing in commercial and high-end residential projects.

We provide integrated solutions covering the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to handover. We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. You will support planning, scheduling, procurement, and documentation while liaising with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, engineering, business, or related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, interior design, renovation, construction, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring multiple interior design and fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved according to established timelines.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the procurement process by sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, variation orders, and other project records.
  • Coordinate site activities and assist in resolving project-related issues.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Track project budgets, material schedules, and procurement timelines.
  • Support project managers in managing day-to-day project operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and project specifications.
  • Perform other duties related to project coordination and administration when required.
