KITCHEN & KITCHEN PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to oversee interior fit-out projects in Singapore. You will manage schedules, coordinate with production, procurement and site teams, and ensure timely delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in related fields and at least 2 years’ experience. English proficiency is essential; Mandarin ability is a plus. Willingness to travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management within furniture, carpentry, joinery, or interior fit-out industry.
Ability to draw shop drawings and joinery details; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to use AutoCAD, Revit and 3D software.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); bilingual in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking workers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Class 3 driving license is an advantage; willing to travel to multiple project sites as required

Responsibilities

Review project drawings specifications, and scope of work upon project award; attend kick-off meetings to align internal teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and completion.
Liaise with procurement and production departments to ensure materials and finished products are available according to project timelines.
Prepare shop drawings , as built drawings and maintain project documents, including submission schedules, method statements, risk assessments, and shop drawing approvals
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, interior designers, architects, and main contractors regarding project progress, variations, and site coordination.
Coordinate with subcontractors for specialized works (e.g., installation, laminating, polishing; monitor their performance and compliance with contract terms.
Attend site meetings, coordinate with main contractors on site access, safety requirements, and work sequences.
Identify, document, and manage variation orders; obtain necessary approvals and

Attend site meetings and internal coordination meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes with action items.
Maintain organized project files, including drawings, approvals, correspondence, and variation records.
