Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage pre- and post-contract activities, prepare tender documentation, and cost estimates for bids.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-contract and post-contract activities.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for tender submissions.
• Prepare documentation for the sourcing of quotations.
• Prepare pre-tender estimates and tender documentation.
• Conduct tender exercises for subcontractor procurement for ongoing projects, including tender evaluation and contract award.
• Manage claims, variation orders, budget and cost control, and final account settlement.
• Coordinate with and provide support to the project team.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
