Job summary

Cachet Design is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support project cost management in Singapore. You will take off quantities, source materials, attend meetings, and prepare quotations for multiple projects.

Candidates should have a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, plus at least 2 years of related experience, and strong Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey/ Civil Engineering or Equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Good computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Take off quantities for projects and prepare BOQ.
• Source materials and suppliers to meet project specs.
• Attend meetings to discuss project requirements.
• Prepare quotations for projects and tenders.
• Prepare plans, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentations.
• Cost control / making evaluation.
• Prepare and submit final accounts.
• Arrange payments to suppliers and contractors.
